Seven strands of fine seed pearl, falling in tiers, each tier gathered by a gold-polished quatrefoil motif set with clear stones and hung with baroque pearl drops and a single green bead.

The length does the work: it starts close at the throat and steps down the chest, so the motifs read one after another instead of all at once. Worn with the matching three-tier chandelier earrings that come with it.

Each piece is strung and set by hand, so the pearls vary slightly in shape and lustre — that variation is what tells you they are real.
