1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the cancellation request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banking partners
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or dispatched.
Customers may initiate a return request after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Custom Jewellery Orders
Custom-made or personalized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once:
- Design approval is completed
- Production process has started
As these products are specially crafted upon request, cancellations are not applicable after manufacturing begins.
4. Cancellation by Shringar Jewellery India
Shringar Jewellery India reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Payment verification issues
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete customer information
In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
5. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellation refunds are generally processed within:

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on:
